Hours of Operation

The boutique day spa is open Monday thru Thursday from 9 am to 8 pm, Fridays 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm.  Sundays are by appointment only.    Please note that the hours of operation are subject to change. 

Reservations by Phone and Email

Our reservation desk is staffed during our hours of operation.  Please call (843) 237-7100 and one of our friendly spa concierges will assist you.  You may also email your appointment request to:  info@spaangsana.com.

Arrivals

Please arrive 20 minutes ahead of your scheduled spa appointment.  This allows time for a leisurely check-in, completion of any necessary paperwork, a change of clothes and a few moments to relax into the experience that awaits you.  If you have a special request upon arrival please inform the spa concierge.

Intake Consultation Forms

It is required that intake forms be completed no matter what spa service will be experienced.  The purpose of the intake form is to capture general client information as well as any medical or wellness concerns that should be brought to our attention.  The information will be kept in strict confidence and will only be used in tailoring our spa services to ensure the health and welfare of you, the client, as well as our spa employees.  We cannot be held liable for any information that is not shared with us.   

Spa Wear

A plush, cozy robe and spa slippers are provided whenever guests visit for more than one service, or by request with any appointment.  Lockers are also available at any time by request.  Please “come as you are” to Angsana as we will provide any spa wear required for your treatments and relaxation. 

Flex Fee Cancellation Program

Our clients have busy lives, so our cancellation/rescheduling protocol is designed to give you maximum flexibility.  We ask that all appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card.  Your card is not billed unless your vacated appointment goes unfilled.  We do our best to fill these openings as just like you, we would prefer to have another guest take your place than charge for a cancellation. 

Guests are responsible for just $35.00 per hour of services reserved (or portion thereof) regardless of the reason for canceling.  We simply charge the same low cancellation fee whether it is a spontaneous weekend away or the flu bug.  We appreciate your understanding.

The Flex Fee is designed to provide partial compensation for our top notch therapists, who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career.  This policy helps us retain great employees. 

Punctuality Policy

Arriving late will limit the time for your treatments, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure.  Your appointment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.   

Cell Phones and Beepers

The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation.  To keep the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone and/or beeper upon arrival.

Gift Giving

Angsana gift cards make excellent gifts for any occasion.  Cards are available in any denomination and can be used to purchase any service or product.  Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or gratuities. 

Gift Card Security

Because it can be used just like cash, please keep your gift card in a safe place.  We regret that Angsana cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or for unauthorized use.  Please notify us immediately if a card is misplaced, as we require 72 hours notice to research a card and the card data is needed to guarantee spa reservations.  Research requires the name of the original purchaser and the approximate purchase date. 

Payment Options

For your convenience we accept checks, Visa and Mastercard and of course cash.  There will be a fee of $30.00 for any returned check.  Prices, services and service length are subject to change without notice.

Treatment Series – Our Best Value

Please ask your esthetician, body therapist or spa concierge about series purchases which entitle you to a discount.   

Children

Angsana is a place to center your soul and focus your life.  So that guests may enjoy their treatments, we kindly request that children do not accompany adults for their services as they are not permitted in the treatment areas nor can they be left unattended in the relaxation lounge.  However, we do welcome children for their own appointment. 

Spa Tips

All treatments require the removal of all jewelry.  Please leave your valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Drink plenty of water before and after your spa visit. 

We recommend that you do not shave the day of any spa services.  If you have any questions please ask your spa consultant.

Please stay out of the sun before and after your waxing service. 

Gratuities are not included with any individual service price or on gift certificates, only spa packages.  In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. 

To ensure your preferred appointment, please schedule in advance.  You should plan to book packages and Saturday appointments several weeks in advance. 

Silence is not golden!  We want you to be very comfortable and relaxed during your visit to Angsana.  Please speak up and tell your service provider if you are uncomfortable at any time.  Please direct them on pressure and temperature.
